| WHO: |
All Boys and Girls ages 6-18. Age to be determined as your age on June 21, 2010.
(Please read tournament format prior to registering) |

| OPEN DIVISION: |
All boys age 16-17-18 and all girls age 16-18 will automatically be in the open championship division. |
|
| OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP & AGE GROUP CUTS: |
Boys and Girls Open Championship Divisions will be cut to low 40 and ties after three (3) rounds (weather permitting) |

| CHECK IN |
Players must check in at Weeks Park Golf Course prior to reporting to your first tee time. Registration will be open:
Saturday, June 19, 2010: 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Sunday, June 20, 2010: 9:00am - 7:00pm
There will be no Monday check in-All players must check in by 7:00 PM Sunday, June 20, 2010.
All players will receive a registration packet and tournament information.
Those players scheduled to play at Sheppard Air Force Base, it is especially important for you to check in at registration prior to entering the gate at SAFB. All players will need a base pass to get on SAFB.

| ENTRY FEE: |
$160 for all contestants
Entry fee entitles players to at least three (3) rounds of golf (weather permitting), evening meals for player, parents and guest on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and all player contests conducted during tournament week.

| REFUND POLICY: |
Due to certain incurred expenses, refunds for withdrawls are as follows and we appreciate your understanding regarding this policy
- Contacted to withdraw to April 1, 2010 refund of $130.
- Contacted to withdraw to May 19, 2010 refund of $110.
- There will be no refund if we are contacted after May 19, 2010.

| ENTRY DEADLINE: |
2010 entries will close at 12 noon June 1, 2010. |
|
| POINTS: |
Points will be awarded by our tournament and could help determine the 2010 Junior All American Teams by Rolex, Golf Magazine and American Junior Golf Association. |
|
| RULES: |
All rules of golf will be interpreted by the Golf Pro at each golf course. All tournament rules will be interpreted by the following Golf Committee: Michael Hardegree, Frank Trotter and Scott Stegner. All decisions and judgments made by the Golf Committee are final and without recourse.

|
| DRESS CODE: |
Boys: The boys will be expected to wear slacks, shorts and collared shirt, with a golf shirt. Tank tops and fish net shirts are unacceptable.
Girls: The girls may wear whatever they choose, but please do not be too EXTREME!!
