WHEN:
June 4-7, 2012 for Boys/Girls Open Championship
June 4-6, 2012 for all other age groups
WHERE:
The tournament will take place at the following three (3) courses:
WHO:
All Boys and Girls ages 10-18. Age to be determined as your age on June 4, 2012.
(Please read tournament format prior to registering)
OPEN DIVISION:
All boys age 16-18 and all girls age 16-18 will automatically be in the open championship division.
OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP & AGE GROUP CUTS:
Boys Open Championship Divisions will be cut to low 40 and ties after three (3) rounds (weather permitting)
Girls Open Championship Divisions will be cut to low 24 and ties after three (3) rounds (weather permitting)
CHECK IN
Players must check in at Weeks Park Golf Course prior to reporting to your first tee time.
Registration will be open:
Sunday at Weeks Park Golf Course, June 3, 2012: 1pm - 6pm
There will be no Monday check in-All players must check in by 6pm Sunday, June 3, 2012.
All players will receive a registration packet and tournament information.
ENTRY FEE:
$200 for all contestants
Entry fee entitles players to at least three (3) rounds of golf (weather permitting), evening meals for player, parents and guest on Monday,
Tuesday and Wednesday and all player contests conducted during tournament week.
REFUND POLICY:
Due to certain incurred expenses, refunds for withdrawls are as follows and we appreciate your understanding regarding this policy.
Contacted to withdraw between January 15 - March 15, 2012 refund of $200.
Contacted to withdraw between March 16 - April 30, 2012 refund of $100.
There will be no refund if we are contacted after April 30, 2012.
ENTRY DEADLINE:
2012 entries will close at 5pm May 31, 2012.
POINTS:
Points will be awarded by our tournament and could help determine the 2012 Junior All American Teams by Rolex, Golf Magazine and
American Junior Golf Association.
RULES:
All rules of golf will be interpreted by the Golf Pro at each golf course. All tournament rules will be interpreted by the following Golf Committee:
Brooks Ratzlaff, Doug Denman, and Slade Hodges. All decisions and judgments made by the Golf Committee are final and without recourse.
